海外から日本へ短期～長期に渡って招聘される研究者・研究員（留学生・大学院生・博士課程学生なども含む）の方にご利用いただけます。国籍は問いません。 イベントの参加義務などはありませんが、積極的に寮生たちと交流を図って頂ける方を歓迎します。

Scholar rooms can be used by students / researchers (including international students, graduate students, doctoral students, etc.) who are invited from overseas to Japan for a short or long term. Nationality does not matter. And there are no obligations to participate in the house events, however we welcome those who are willing to participate and interact with dormitory students.

一か月以上から2年以内でのご利用が可能です。法令上、短期間のご滞在はできません。最低でも一か月以上のご滞在をお願いします。一か月以内のご滞在の場合も、一か月分の家賃を申し受けます。

Scholars can stay for the time period of 1 month to 2 years. According to the house rules and regulations, you cannot stay for a short period of time (for a few days or less than a month). Please stay for at least one month. Even if you stay for less than one month, you will be charged one month’s rent.

ご予約後はキャンセル料金が発生します。詳細はキャンセル規定をご確認ください。

A cancellation fee will be charged if the cancelation is done after the booking. Please check the cancellation policy for details.

ご予約は受入れ研究室の担当教官、もしくは秘書様からお願いいたします。ご本人様からのお問合せであっても、ご予約は研究室で行って頂きます。（学部生の場合でも同様） また、保証人は必ず研究室の担当教官様になっていただきます。非常緊急時の連絡先も兼ねておりますので、ご対応をお願いいたします。 ホームページよりお申込み頂きましたら、事務室より担当者の方へご連絡させて頂きます。 滞在期間・お部屋のご希望などを確認させて頂き、問題ございませんでしたら「予約確認書」を発行致します。それをもってご予約完了となりますのでご了承ください。（お申込み頂いた段階ではご予約は確定されませんのでご注意下さい。）

Please make a reservation through the instructor in charge or the secretary of the host laboratory. Even if the inquiry is from the person himself / herself, the reservation will be made through the laboratory. (The same applies to undergraduate students) In addition, the guarantor must be the instructor in charge of the laboratory. The guarantor is contacted at times of emergencies so please. If you apply through our website, the office will contact the person in charge. We will confirm the length of stay, room preference, etc., and if there are no problems, we will issue a “reservation confirmation” which will complete the reservation. (Please note that the reservation will not be confirmed at the stage of application)

ご入居一か月前までに家賃一か月分の保証金をお支払いいただきます。退去時のお部屋に問題がございませんでしたら、全額返金させていただきます。（部屋・備品の破損がございましたら、差し引かせていただきます） お支払いはご本人様からのお振込み、窓口でのお支払い、もしくは研究室や秘書様からのお支払いでも結構です。その場合の返金先については、お支払い際に確認させていただきます。

You will be required to pay a deposit for one month’s rent at least one month before you move in. If there is no problem with the room when you move out, we will give you a full refund. (If the room or equipment is damaged, we will deduct it.) Payment can be made by the person himself / herself, at the counter, or from the laboratory or secretary. In that case, we will confirm the refund destination at the time of payment.

シングルルーム室料：￥60,000/月（日割り計算の場合、一泊¥2,000にて計算いたします） ツインルーム室料：¥83,000/月（日割り計算の場合、一泊¥2,800にて計算いたします） ツインルームのシングルユース：￥73,000/月（日割り計算の場合、一泊¥2,500にて計算いたします）

入居当日は、申込書の記入、ご本人様と保証人の誓約書をご提出いただきます。また、当月分の室料をお支払いいただきます。 月の途中からのご入居の場合は日割り計算させていただきます。（Q.6を参照） 入居の際は上記の手続きが必要ですので、必ず事務室開室時間（平日10時～15時）にお越しください。

On the day of moving in, you will be required to fill out the application form and submit the pledge of the person and the guarantor. In addition, you will be required to pay the room charge for the current month. If you move in from the middle of the month, we will calculate it on a daily basis. (See No. 6) The above procedures are required when moving in, so please be sure to come during the office opening hours (weekdays from 10:00 to 15:00).

月末に翌月分の室料を請求いたします。さらに、2か月目以降は前月分の電気代も加算されます。

At the end of the month, we will provide the invoice for the room charge for the following month. In addition, the electricity bill for the previous month will be added from the second month.

シングルルームは全部で5部屋ご用意しております。 部屋にはシングルベッド・寝具・デスク・チェア・棚・クローゼット・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器一式が備え付けられております。シャワー・トイレ・キッチン・洗濯機は共有となります。

We have 5 single rooms in total. The room is equipped with a single bed, bedding, desk, chair, shelf, closet, refrigerator, microwave and tableware. Shower, toilet, kitchen and washing machine are shared.

ツインルームは2部屋ご用意しております。お一人でのご利用も可能です。 シングルベッド2台・サイドテーブル・ダイニングセット・シャワートイレ・キッチン・クローゼットが備え付けられています。洗濯機は共有となります。

We have 2 twin rooms. It can also be used by a single individual. They are equipped with 2 single beds, side table, dining set, shower / toilet, kitchen and closet. The washing machine will be shared.

週に一度（木曜日）シーツ交換・部屋の清掃サービスがございます。料金は室料に含まれています。

The rooms will be cleaned and sheets will be changed once a week (Thursday). The cleaning charge is included in the rent.
